Excelsior Computer Systems has been in business since 1995 providing hardware, software, IT and accounting support to our customers. ECS can take care of all your technical needs from start to finish. This gives you a "One Stop Shop" for your business' IT support and eliminates the headache of dealing with several companies to complete a project. We have extensive knowledge on Unix, Linux and Windows. We can write custom software for all platforms and devices.

How We Can Help?

We have programmers for any language and platform. Call our office and one of our support team will work with you to determine what you're currently doing and how we can make it easier. We can also help with software you're currently using.

System Repair

A slow PC is always an issue with any business. There's a number of reasons this could be happening. If it's a software issue, we go through the entire system until the PC is runnning much faster. If it's a hardware issue, we provide the equipment and installation.

Networking

Getting the WiFi setup and Ethernet cables run through your building can be a huge undertaking. Sometimes you get lucky and the build you move into already has network cables run, but that's not always the case. We can send someone onsite and do everything for you, regardless of where you're located in the United States. Luckily, WiFi can be fixed remotely.

Data Management

Most businesses are entering the same data more than once. Maybe you have and accounting system and a Customer Managment System online and you need to enter each new customer into both systems. Maybe you have an online shopping cart and have to hand key each new ording into your accounting system. We can make both programs communicate automatically.

Printers

Anyone who has worked in an office knows how much time is spent trying to get priners working. We have extensive experience working with every kind of printer. Do you have an old tractor fed printer, like an Okidata? We can get it working with any software you are currently using. New printer? We can get it connected to WiFi or find the correct drivers to install on your workstation.

Work From Home

Sometimes you can't always be at your desk. We can setup a VPN server onsite, allowing you an unlimited number of remote connections to your office for you and your employees. You can remote directly into your office machine from home or at a hotel if you're on the road. Now your sales people can work when they're on the road.

Accounting

We have accountants with more than 30 years of expierence to help you with any of your needs. We can help clear up any irregularities in your General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation or issues with Accounts Recievables, Accounts Payables and Billing.
